By accessing or using Regystra, you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct. This policy applies to all participants, parents, coaches, team managers, and other users of the Regystra platform.

1. Respectful Communication

• Do not post or transmit any abusive, offensive, harassing, or discriminatory language.
• Personal attacks or inappropriate commentary toward other users, teams, or individuals are strictly prohibited.

2. Appropriate Content Only

• Do not upload or share images, videos, or files or content unrelated to sports.
• Content must be appropriate for youth and family-oriented environments.

3. Intellectual Property Compliance

• Only upload content you own or have proper rights to use (e.g., team logos, photos, videos).
• Uploading copyrighted or unauthorized content may lead to removal or account suspension.

4. Child and Participant Privacy

• Do not post personally identifiable information of minors (e.g., full name, address, school) without proper parental consent.
• Respect data privacy and do not misuse participant information in any way.

5. Account Use and Security

• Do not impersonate other users, organizations, or staff.
• Keep your account secure. Do not share login credentials or access with unauthorized users.

6. Reporting Violations

If you witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to our support team at info [at] regystra.com. Regystra reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:

• Issuing a warning
• Temporarily suspending account access
• Permanently banning an account
• Escalating matters to the appropriate authorities if required
