User-Generated Content Policy
All content shared on Regystra must be respectful, sports-related, and lawful.

This policy governs the use of content uploaded by users on the Regystra platform. This includes but is not limited to team logos, event descriptions, photos, videos, rosters, comments, and documents shared by team managers, parents, or participants.
1. Acceptable Content
- All content must be respectful, relevant to sports or your organization, and appropriate for a youth and family audience.
- Do not upload or share content that is obscene, violent, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
2. Intellectual Property
- You must own or have permission to use any logos, images, videos, or documents you upload.
- By uploading content, you grant Regystra a non-exclusive license to use it for display, hosting, and technical purposes within the platform.
3. Restricted Content
- Do not upload content that includes personal or identifying information of minors without parental consent.
- Do not share sensitive or private data such as passport numbers, addresses, health details, or academic records.
- No hate speech, bullying, threats, or harassing language is permitted in any comments or content submissions.
4. Moderation and Removal
- Regystra provides a platform to sports organizations and does not monitor all content uploaded by end-users (e.g., parents, coaches, or participants) in real time.
- Primary responsibility for reviewing, moderating, and removing inappropriate content lies with the organization (our customer) that manages the specific event, program, or account.
- Organizations must ensure their users comply with this User-Generated Content Policy and take timely action on violations.
- Regystra reserves the right—but not the obligation—to review or remove content at its discretion if it is reported or clearly violates our policies, legal requirements, or poses a risk to the platform or community.
- In serious or repeated cases, Regystra may suspend or terminate user accounts or restrict access to affected content.
5. Reporting Violations
